The course runs from 07 Mar to 23 May 2023.
It comprises 12 sessions, typically on Tuesday from 8-10am CET/Berlin.
The accelerator lane into the program journey! You get to know others and dive right into foundational coaching communication and listening skills, setting you up for 12 weeks of success and insight.
SITUATIONAL COACHING
You learn what professional-level coaching really is. At the end of the session, you know when coaching is most and least benefitial. You know the critical ethical pitfalls and distinctions.
You will adopt the coaching mindset towards others. At the end of this session, you will have experienced how to help others perform and grow purely through focused, powerful inquiry.
In the first of 3 pure practice labs, you get to apply what you learned in the first 3 sessions. In mulitple rounds of observed coaching conversations, you will get critical feedback.
FORGING STRONG AGREEMENTS
In this critical session, you learn how to structure conversations like a professional coach. You know how to share crystal clear goals, frame conversations and co-create strong agreements.
You learn coaching techniques on how to build trust and safety that help in any conversation and keep even tough engagements productive. You establish yourself as a trusted partner.
EXECUTIVE PRESENCE
You learn how to deliver your ideas and questions in a crisp, memorable style that brings home your message. You know how to deliver powerful presence through structure and brevity.
You engage in real coaching conversations with peers to practice how to structure coach-like conversations with strong agreements, safety and sharp questions. You get and give feedback!
You learn a radically different way of listening. You acquire micro-skills to listen for real desires, motivations and challenges, to quickly get to the heart of a matter and avoid meeting rework.
You learn to deliver feedback as neutral, behavior-based observations to keep conversations productive. You get to deliver a direct and respectful style of sharing non-negotiables without backlash.
You learn how to help others develop and maintain self-motivated, 'magnetic' commitment, so they are accountable with your minimal intervention. You practice to check-IN vs check UP.
You bring all skills together in final skill lab, where you practice coaching conversations that showcase your new skill. You go away with a clear, powerful coaching toolkit and clarity what's next!
